FRUIT HERO BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Welcome to the Fruit Hero Brand Ambassador Program! PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE AGREEING TO BECOME OR TO CONTINUE AS A FRUIT HERO BRAND AMBASSADOR.

When we say "Company," "Fruit Hero," "we," "our," or "us" in this document, we are referring to Fruit Hero Australia. When we say "Products," we are referring to all household products sold by Fruit Hero, including but not limited to the Fruit Hero Filter pod, Wardrobe Hero, and Shoerack Hero dehumidifiers.

This Agreement describes and provides the terms and conditions (the "Terms") that govern and apply to your participation in Fruit Hero Australia's Brand Ambassador Program (the "Program").

2.1 Age Requirement

You may only participate in the Program if you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

You agree that your participation in the Program shall constitute express consent to these Terms. By participating in the Program, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Commissions will be paid upon reaching a minimum threshold of fifty dollars (AUD $50).

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments will be made via:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer (Australian bank accounts)

4.4 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed upon reaching the minimum payout threshold
• You may request payment once the minimum threshold is met
• Allow 7-14 business days for payment processing
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees
